Internal Reports of the G0 Collaboration related to the SMS

A number of reports have been created to document studies related specifically to the Superconducting Magnet System (SMS). Links to those reports are collected here. Note that this page is still "under construction". For a complete list of SMS related internal reports, see the Internal Reports Catalog page. Also note that proprietary BWXT documents and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) are listed separately.

Many of the documents have been provided on-line by scanning the original paper copies. This necessitated a compromise between "readability" and "file size". A resolution of 150 dots/inch was used. If you find that a scanned document is too grainy for your purposes, you may obtain a better copy by sending an E-mail request to Penny Sigler, or phoning Penny at (217) 333-3190.

Postscript files have been compressed with Gnu zip. Your browser may automatically unzip these files and then display them on your terminal if you have installed the appropriate helper program (such as ghostview). If you would like to download the Gnu-zipped file, use anonymous FTP at the site ftp.npl.uiuc.edu (see README in pub/G0/docs/). (Note that "secured" documents are not available via anonymous FTP).
